Allergen advice
We use different types of gluten-free flour mix for every single product we produce. Alongside with these, we use ingredients which are gluten-free by their nature: vegetables, fruit preserves, kinds of margarine, and alternative milk: soya and oat.
We can take responsibility for our own production and for making sure to exclude the chance of cross-contamination, that is why our answer to the question - Are we are going to bake "ordinary" bakery products? - is always NO. We cannot take the responsibility for the other producers' goods but certainly, we do our best to find ingredients from reliable and safe sources.
Our products may contain the following allergens: milk, eggs, celery, sulphites and soya. We don't use walnuts on our premises. For more information please visit our website and find the ingredients in the Products/Ingredients page.
What about milk?
We are doing our best to use less and less milk in our products. Please always inquire about allergens and read the ingredients' list on the webpage. We are working on producing vegan alternatives of the products as well. We will let our beloved Customers know which product is suitable for vegans.
