Our bread and bread-type products remain fresh for around a week when kept out of direct sunlight and sealed in their original packaging. However, during warmer weather, their freshness might be reduced to approximately 5 days.
If you're uncertain about consuming everything within 5 days, consider freezing a portion. All products from our shop are freezer-friendly.
To defrost our bread, simply take out the required slices and allow them to thaw; or pop them straight into the toaster! For a frozen baguette, roll, or scone, place them in a pre-heated oven at 190-200°C for about 10 minutes, and they'll be as fresh as when first baked. Our cakes remain fresh for up to 10 days when stored in the refrigerator.
Baguettes and scones can be refreshed in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 180-200°C (keep in mind, ovens may vary). Our cakes are also suitable for freezing. Notably, none of our cakes contain butter, which means their shelf life can extend beyond a week. If you don't plan to eat them immediately, please store them in the refrigerator.
